Hi, I’m Tina—creative problem-solver, detail lover, and your go-to for memorable celebrations.
With more than 25 years of experience in event planning and marketing, I’ve had the opportunity to produce a wide range of events—from corporate meetings and trade shows to city-wide music festivals, holiday parades, and nonprofit fundraisers that generated hundreds of thousands of dollars.
My approach is hands-on, thoughtful, and always rooted in creating experiences that feel intentional, polished, and personal.
My Background in Event Planning & Marketing
I’ve planned events for groups of 15 to 350 in the corporate and travel industries, managed large-scale public events for thousands, and supported local nonprofits with everything from logistics to donor relations. Across every industry and audience, my passion has always been the same: to bring people together through meaningful, memorable experiences.
Why I Started Bespoke Celebrations
Bespoke Celebrations was born out of my desire to help people celebrate—and give—without the stress. After years of planning themed parties for my kids, milestone events for others, and curating meaningful gifts, I realized that many busy people and nonprofit teams crave support with the creative and logistical pieces that make moments truly special.
Whether it’s a party, a donor gathering, or a thoughtful gift, I wanted to offer services that blend strategy with heart.
How I Help My Clients
Today, I offer a range of customizable services including Party Concierge support for milestone events, Nonprofit Concierge planning for mission-driven organizations, and a Personal Gifting Concierge service that helps busy partners give with meaning. I thrive on planning, organizing, and designing details that make people feel seen—and events that are talked about long after they’re over.
